Number of rooms

Having been newly renovated, 100 Geneva is a superb property. Every bedroom has been ensured to have easy entrance to the garden, balconies and an incredible ocean view. The house has been constructed over two levels. The upper level is comprised of a spacious, open-plan lounge, exquisite dining room and kitchen space which all lead to a big, outdoor balcony that comes with its very own dining table and chairs. Two of the property’s bedrooms (both en-suite) are located on this level. This complete area provides spectacular views onto the garden, pool and sparkling sea. The house’s lower level is made up simply of luxurious lodging. There are four en-suite bedrooms, including the enormous master bedroom that comes with large walk-in cupboards and a spacious bathroom. Every bedroom has access to the garden through massive glass sliding doors.

The seventh boudoir is located in a detached apartment which houses its own bathroom, as well as a sleek, contemporary kitchen space. This separate apartment would be ideal for a live-in nanny, or for older teenagers who might wish to have a bit of their own space. The incredible quality of the property is consistent throughout both the house and the apartment. Perhaps the finest characteristic of this property is the expansive outdoor area. The upper level boasts an enormous wraparound veranda that overlooks the lush garden and glimmering pool below. This is a perfect space in which to indulge in sumptuous summer lunches, or delicious sun-downers as you unwind and watch from above as the kids play in the garden. Though not enormous compared to the size of the house, the garden provides ample space in which to run around. The pool is also not “massive”, but is most definitely big enough to swim relatively long lengths. All in all, 100 Geneva is a superb spot for a big group journeying together – whether it be family, friends or even a production crew.

Camps Bay

Things to do - general

The ‘Riviera of the South Africa’, Camps Bay is where the rich and famous strut their designer wear.

The Camps Bay strip is famous for its bars, restaurants and beautiful white sandy beach. A popular place for locals to sit back, relax and watch the sunset, while sipping a beautiful cocktail.

It is well known for multi million dollar apartments and villas.

More than enough restaurants can be found in Camps Bay, but to just name a few worth a visit we would recommend you to go to Blues the icon of the ultra-trendy Camps Bay,  Paranga Cape Town’s coolest culinary experience where you can eat delicious sushi, Pepper Club where you can enjoy the sea view while sipping on cocktails, or indulging in exceptional seafood lunches or sunset dinners and The Raj Restaurant offers all the splendour of traditional North Indian cuisine.

What to do

When you are in Camps Bay you should not forget to relax on the beautiful beach, maybe some surfing. You could also go for a hike on the Table Mountain and/or Lions Head.

When you are looking for a nice bar or a bite to eat, there are some places where you will find everything you need. You could visit Café Caprice: The trendy ‘be seen at bar’. Very popular on Sunday evenings but get there early!
