Villa Sedgemoor is situated on one of the most private areas of pristine Camps Bay, and was even featured on Top Billing in 2012. This unit, spread over two floors, boasts five bedrooms, five bathrooms and glorious vistas of the Camps Bay beaches, the iconic Table Mountain and Lion’s Head. This stylish, designer villa is a dream for entertainer’s, set in an exclusive environment. The furnishings and colour schemes create an atmosphere that creates this vacation home into paradise. Camps Bay boasts gorgeous beaches and a stunning bay in which to swim. Located within close proximity to the unit are additional beaches, trendy restaurants and stores, and the Cape Town city centre.

The living area is semi open plan with a lounge, dining area and kitchen, which leads out onto the veranda. Four bedrooms are found upstairs, all with their own en-suite bathroom. The villa supplies all guests with exquisite ocean and mountain views. The last bedroom is set next to the pool and has its own en-suite bathroom as well. The chic kitchen comes fully equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier for your convenience. The living and dining rooms boast wonderful ocean views. Outside are an electric fireplace, lush garden area, swimming pool and outdoor dining for thirty people, with sun loungers and barbeque facilities available.

The main bedroom houses a luxury king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower, as well as terrific ocean views, under floor heating, a television, exclusive lounge and walk-in closet. An exclusive veranda is provided for al fresco dining and time spent unwinding. The second bedroom is located on the upper floor and comes with a king size bed, en-suite with bath tub and shower, gorgeous vistas of the ocean and a private veranda. The third bedroom and fourth bedrooms are on the upper floor as well, both housing king size beds with en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath tub. The large fifth bedroom can be found on the pool level, housing two magnificent king size beds, an en-suite with bath tub and shower, and lovely views of the garden.

The ‘Riviera of the South Africa’, Camps Bay is where the rich and famous strut their designer wear.

The Camps Bay strip is famous for its bars, restaurants and beautiful white sandy beach. A popular place for locals to sit back, relax and watch the sunset, while sipping a beautiful cocktail.

It is well known for multi million dollar apartments and villas.


More than enough restaurants can be found in Camps Bay, but to just name a few worth a visit we would recommend you to go to Blues the icon of the ultra-trendy Camps Bay,  Paranga Cape Town’s coolest culinary experience where you can eat delicious sushi, Pepper Club where you can enjoy the sea view while sipping on cocktails, or indulging in exceptional seafood lunches or sunset dinners and The Raj Restaurant offers all the splendour of traditional North Indian cuisine.

What to do

When you are in Camps Bay you should not forget to relax on the beautiful beach, maybe some surfing. You could also go for a hike on the Table Mountain and/or Lions Head.


When you are looking for a nice bar or a bite to eat, there are some places where you will find everything you need. You could visit Café Caprice: The trendy ‘be seen at bar’. Very popular on Sunday evenings but get there early!
