Cape Blue is an elegant, recently built modern-designed villa that is situated in a prime location in the cosmopolitan area of Camps Bay. Residents here are treated to incredible vistas of the pristine beaches, the Atlantic Ocean, the iconic Table Mountain and the renowned Twelve Apostles. Cape Blue has the ideal location, situated on a peaceful road within close walking distance to the stunning beaches, stores, bars and restaurants of trendy Camps Bay and Clifton. However, what really distinguishes this unit from others is the enormous spaciousness of the house. You’ll be amazed by your first impression of the house as you make your way through a triple size front door. The entrance hall directly leads into a massive double volume lounge and dining area, with huge glass sliding doors that open onto the back veranda for outdoor eating and sun-downers complete with a full size gas barbeque. Connecting to this is a solar heated pool and decked garden space for exclusive tanning with vistas of the most renowned beaches in Cape Town, the Atlantic and beyond. The abundance of space continues throughout the house. This exquisite kitchen and utility spaces are well-equipped, making them an entertainer’s paradise.

All four bedrooms come with their own designated en-suite bathroom, with three of the bedrooms boasting outdoor verandas. The master bedroom is incredible large, with an equally enormous bathroom and separate shower. Through huge glass external doors lies a big tanning and dining veranda with exceptional vistas of the ocean and mountains. For those who have a love for media entertainment, there are two modern 42 inch plasma televisions on the property, both with DVD players and satellite TV. Remote-controlled air-conditioning is also available. If you have work to complete or simply wish to spend some time surfing the web, Cape Blue provides its residents with complimentary high-speed wireless internet that can be accessed throughout the entire unit. For security reasons, the house is fully alarmed and houses a safe double garage. A property manager resides on the property in a detached unit with its own entrance.

The ‘Riviera of the South Africa’, Camps Bay is where the rich and famous strut their designer wear.

The Camps Bay strip is famous for its bars, restaurants and beautiful white sandy beach. A popular place for locals to sit back, relax and watch the sunset, while sipping a beautiful cocktail.

It is well known for multi million dollar apartments and villas.


More than enough restaurants can be found in Camps Bay, but to just name a few worth a visit we would recommend you to go to Blues the icon of the ultra-trendy Camps Bay,  Paranga Cape Town’s coolest culinary experience where you can eat delicious sushi, Pepper Club where you can enjoy the sea view while sipping on cocktails, or indulging in exceptional seafood lunches or sunset dinners and The Raj Restaurant offers all the splendour of traditional North Indian cuisine.

What to do

When you are in Camps Bay you should not forget to relax on the beautiful beach, maybe some surfing. You could also go for a hike on the Table Mountain and/or Lions Head.


When you are looking for a nice bar or a bite to eat, there are some places where you will find everything you need. You could visit Café Caprice: The trendy ‘be seen at bar’. Very popular on Sunday evenings but get there early!
