The townhouse boasts an open plan dining room that opens out onto the lush garden. Entertainment is in no short supply with a DVD player, flat screen television and DSTV in the lounge that opens out onto the garden and plunge pool. The contemporary kitchen is fully kitted out with a breakfast bar. A guest bathroom is provided on the bottom level, whilst three bedrooms can be located upstairs. The master bedroom contains a luxury queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower, and opens onto a deck that overlooks Camps Bay and the vast Atlantic Sea.
Two bedrooms house twin beds that can easily be converted into a double. A separate bathroom with bath tub and shower is also available. The lounge and master bedroom are equipped with air conditioning facilities, and outside you will be treated to an exclusive plunge swimming pool, a garden with portable barbeque and two sun loungers on which to unwind with a good book in hand. For your convenience, a remote controlled double garage is provided, however there is also off street parking available. The unit is guarded by a top-notch security system and armed response team. Uncapped Wi-Fi with a line speed of 384kb is also provided.

What to do
When you are in Camps Bay you should not forget to relax on the beautiful beach, maybe some surfing. You could also go for a hike on the Table Mountain and/or Lions Head.
