A contemporary, sophisticated villa, The Rocks is located in a peaceful cul de sac just 250 metres from pristine Camps Bay’s trendy beaches, bars and restaurants. The home comes with two swimming pools, one of which is heated, 360 degree vistas, two verandas, air conditioning, housekeeping, internet and a satellite connection. The main suite is incredible, being spread over the whole top level of the house and therefore providing unparalleled views of the sea, beach and surrounding mountains. There are an additional two en-suite bedrooms and one other bedroom that can sleep three.
The Rocks is a architecturally designed in modern luxury style, furnished with taste and warmth. The master bedroom comes with a satellite television, air conditioning, an open plan bathroom and a big exclusive veranda that provides you with amazing views. There are three rather spacious deluxe double bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom and satellite television. The fourth bedroom accommodates three children in a single bed each. The bedrooms on the ground level lead out to the large heated swimming pool, where a gorgeous waterfall spills into the pool from the floor above.
The living area is ideal for entertaining guests. The big, open plan formal lounge is completely air conditioned and offers exquisite sea views, a gas fireplace, and an 8-seater dining room table. This opens out to the swimming pool, outside veranda and barbeque area that once more provides you with excellent sea views. The chic kitchen comes with a gas stove and all modern appliances required during your stay in the Cape. The wonderful breakfast bar divides the kitchen from the comfy lounge/TV area, which is air conditioned and houses a satellite television as well as sound system. There is safe garage parking available for two vehicles, and the property is services each week day.

What to do
When you are in Camps Bay you should not forget to relax on the beautiful beach, maybe some surfing. You could also go for a hike on the Table Mountain and/or Lions Head.
NightlifeWhen you are looking for a nice bar or a bite to eat, there are some places where you will find everything you need. You could visit Café Caprice: The trendy ‘be seen at bar’. Very popular on Sunday evenings but get there early!
