The house consists of six bedrooms that all come with their own large travertine bathrooms. Four of the ocean-facing bedrooms lead out onto big verandas that are suspended over the sea. There is a deluxe private penthouse suite with dressing room and kitchenette that spills out onto an exclusive wooden patio, where you will find a Jacuzzi and spectacular panoramic vistas. A seventh bedroom can be arranged no request.
Admire the dramatic sunsets of the Mother City as you enjoy a sun downer from the terraced garden with three outdoor relaxing/dining areas. The airy, open plan living and dining areas contain fold away glass doors that allow the beautiful views to flow into the unit. The gorgeous balcony with gas barbeque facilities opens out to an infinity rim flow swimming pool that flows into the ocean. To further enjoy your time spent outdoors, surround piped music with an iPod option is available. It is just a short walk away to the renowned Camps Bay lively beachfront, which is peppered with trendy restaurants, cafes and stores. Clifton’s well-loved four white, sandy beaches are just five minutes away, whilst the renowned V and A Waterfront and bustling city centre can be reached in an easy ten minute drive. The world famous Cape wine routes with top quality wines and dining, as well as remarkable Cape Dutch Architecture, are just a thirty minute drive from the Villa. Spend time catching a ferry to the infamous Robben Island, playing a few rounds of golf or taking the rotating cable car to the summit of one of the Seven World Wonders, Table Mountain. A drive through to Cape Point will allow you to experience pure ruggedness whilst being accompanied by the local Chacma baboons. Following your day activities, you will have peace of mind knowing that you will return to the luxurious tranquility of your own private sanctuary.
A splendid spiral staircase opens up to upper residential floors with a wraparound veranda that boasts a comfy television cocktail lounge with big plasma screen and DVD facilities that leads out to the treetop wooden patio. The entire unit is air conditioned for summer months and heated for the cold. For your entertainment, complementary high speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV with full DSTV bouquet is available. The chic kitchen is fully equipped with every modern appliance required during your stay in the Cape, including five ring gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator with automatic ice and cold water dispensers, and bottle door dishwasher. More than enough restaurants can be found in Camps Bay, but to just name a few worth a visit we would recommend you to go to Blues the icon of the ultra-trendy Camps Bay, Paranga Cape Town’s coolest culinary experience where you can eat delicious sushi, Pepper Club where you can enjoy the sea view while sipping on cocktails, or indulging in exceptional seafood lunches or sunset dinners and The Raj Restaurant offers all the splendour of traditional North Indian cuisine.
What to do
When you are in Camps Bay you should not forget to relax on the beautiful beach, maybe some surfing. You could also go for a hike on the Table Mountain and/or Lions Head.
NightlifeWhen you are looking for a nice bar or a bite to eat, there are some places where you will find everything you need. You could visit Café Caprice: The trendy ‘be seen at bar’. Very popular on Sunday evenings but get there early!
