Villa Silva 4 Bed is situated on half of the complete Villa Silva Nine Bed. This private unit is located in upper Camps Bay, boasting incredible vistas of the Atlantic Seaboard and Lion’s Head. The property is divided down the middle, forming two semi-detached villas a four and five bedroom. This unit contains gorgeous open plan kitchen, living and dining areas, and houses a total of four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. On the upper floor is an exclusive veranda with panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. An outside staircase gives access to the middle floor veranda which contains barbeque facilities and a lovely swimming pool. This middle level houses three bedrooms, two of which come with luxury queen size beds and the other of which comes with twin beds. All bedrooms have access to the veranda, but only the queen size bedrooms offer spectacular ocean views.

The lower floor has a one bedroom studio with a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and charming kitchenette. It is only an eight minute drive from this wonderful villa to reach the shores of pristine Camps Bay. Wi-Fi is provided and you are provided peace of mind with a 24 hour top-notch alarm system. The unit is fully serviced every day except Sunday. This villa is decorated in a peaceful white colour scheme, with chic grey and silver touches that give the place a beach style atmosphere. The spacious entertainment area makes for a lovely space in which to enjoy sit down meals or in which to relax near the television.

The ‘Riviera of the South Africa’, Camps Bay is where the rich and famous strut their designer wear.

The Camps Bay strip is famous for its bars, restaurants and beautiful white sandy beach. A popular place for locals to sit back, relax and watch the sunset, while sipping a beautiful cocktail.

It is well known for multi million dollar apartments and villas.


More than enough restaurants can be found in Camps Bay, but to just name a few worth a visit we would recommend you to go to Blues the icon of the ultra-trendy Camps Bay,  Paranga Cape Town’s coolest culinary experience where you can eat delicious sushi, Pepper Club where you can enjoy the sea view while sipping on cocktails, or indulging in exceptional seafood lunches or sunset dinners and The Raj Restaurant offers all the splendour of traditional North Indian cuisine.

What to do

When you are in Camps Bay you should not forget to relax on the beautiful beach, maybe some surfing. You could also go for a hike on the Table Mountain and/or Lions Head.


When you are looking for a nice bar or a bite to eat, there are some places where you will find everything you need. You could visit Café Caprice: The trendy ‘be seen at bar’. Very popular on Sunday evenings but get there early!
