Villa Silva is an incredible, private nine bedroom unit located at the uppermost area of pristine Camps Bay, boasting exquisite vistas of the Atlantic Seaboard and Lion’s Head. The villa is divided in the centre, with both sides providing open plan kitchen, living and dining spaces, as well as four or five bedrooms each – ideal for a big family or large group of friends. It is a mere five minute drive to the gorgeous beach and promenade of Camps Bay. Wireless internet is provided throughout the unit which is protected by a 24 hour alarm system and electric fencing. The villa is also fully serviced from Monday to Saturday. With various verandas and an array out outdoor spaces, this unit guarantees a fantastic sense of space and serenity. Breath-taking sunsets can be witnessed from most every room in the property.

With two living and dining spaces, there is plenty of space for the entertainment of guests. The peaceful white, grey and silver touches of colour give the place a comfortable, beach style atmosphere. A big swimming pool is provided in the unit, and can be accessed from the below balcony. There is a second swimming pool located on the middle veranda, available for those who prefer their privacy. Both pools come with sun loungers on which to relax and enjoy a cocktail or two. From all verandas and most of the rooms in the villa, spectacular vistas of the sea and surrounding mountains can be enjoyed. The two separate open plan kitchen/dining/living spaces provide plenty of space for sit-down meals or for simply relaxing in front of the television. Both living areas spill onto verandas boasting lovely views.

The ‘Riviera of the South Africa’, Camps Bay is where the rich and famous strut their designer wear.

The Camps Bay strip is famous for its bars, restaurants and beautiful white sandy beach. A popular place for locals to sit back, relax and watch the sunset, while sipping a beautiful cocktail.

It is well known for multi million dollar apartments and villas.


More than enough restaurants can be found in Camps Bay, but to just name a few worth a visit we would recommend you to go to Blues the icon of the ultra-trendy Camps Bay,  Paranga Cape Town’s coolest culinary experience where you can eat delicious sushi, Pepper Club where you can enjoy the sea view while sipping on cocktails, or indulging in exceptional seafood lunches or sunset dinners and The Raj Restaurant offers all the splendour of traditional North Indian cuisine.

What to do

When you are in Camps Bay you should not forget to relax on the beautiful beach, maybe some surfing. You could also go for a hike on the Table Mountain and/or Lions Head.


When you are looking for a nice bar or a bite to eat, there are some places where you will find everything you need. You could visit Café Caprice: The trendy ‘be seen at bar’. Very popular on Sunday evenings but get there early!
