In September 1996 Aubergine Restaurant opened its doors. Nowadays it is one of the top restaurants in Cape Town. Aubergine has received numerous local and international awards.
Aubergine offers you dishes with fresh products, because Aubergine’s cuisine works with the local seasonal ingredients available. Chef Harald Bresselschmidt has a great passion for cooking. He was born in Germany and has worked in restaurants all over the world, the Netherlands, France, Switzerland, London and Germany. Chef Harald and his team invite you to come and taste one of their masterpieces.
Aubergine serves lunch between 12h00 and 14h00 Wednesday to Friday, but not on public holidays. Each week they create a new lunch menu. Dinner menu is served between 18h00 and 22h00 Monday to Saturday. A 3 course menu is R385 with wine pairing R540, 4 course menu is R470 with wine pairing R690, and a 5 course menu is R560 with wine paring R840.
