Where to go on Christmas Day



It’s Christmas day and you’re in Cape Town, and you want to go out for dinner but you don’t know where? Here is a list of some good restaurants that are open on Christmas day. Every restaurant has a short description to give you an idea.

ROCA Restaurant

12 km from False Bay is a beautiful farm, in that beautiful farm is the restaurant Buitenverwachting. The mountain facing terrace allows for iconic views over the vineyards.  A courtyard with beautiful trees and fountain brings you into a fairy-tale setting. For a nice lunch or dinner you can come to Buitenverwachting. Chef Edgar prepares the most delicious meals for you. Menus are frequently changed, using only the finest produce sourced locally and internationally. The beautiful gardens are perfect for a picnic. Constantia Uitsig Restaurant

Chef Clayton makes un-complicated food and doesn’t mess with good quality ingredients. He has been at Uitsig for 13 years now. He loves the Mediterranean Provencal Cuisine. The Rhebok restaurant

At the Rhebok restaurant you can enjoy delicious seasonal dishes. Therefore, it is a popular spot among locals. Every Sunday there is a child friendly buffet from 11.00 until 15.00.
